Product Handling & Storage: Storing and handling all Bush Brews products according to recommended guidelines to maintain freshness, quality, and safety.
Respecting our craft and your trust
We value our unique identity and the trust placed in our brand. Therefore, the Partner agrees to:
Intellectual Property: Acknowledge that all logos, product names, descriptions, imagery, and branding elements are the exclusive property of Bush Brews and may not be altered or reproduced without written permission.
Compliance: Adhere to all applicable Australian laws and regulations relating to the sale, promotion, and distribution of herbal tea products.
Ethical conduct and customer privacy
To ensure a flourishing and responsible partnership, the Partner agrees to:
Payments & Orders: Honour agreed pricing, payment terms, and minimum order quantities as outlined in associated purchase agreements or invoices.
Ethical Conduct: Conduct business ethically and in a way that reflects positively on Bush Brews and the Australian botanical industry.
Bush Brews reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Partner breaches any of the above terms.
